Baruch Hashem Foundation Inc. is in the process of attaining its 501(c)(3) status. In the interim, fiscal sponsorship is being generously provided by The Elite Entrepreneur Organization (IAJCO), a non-profit organization under Tax I.D. & Employer Identification Number: 93-4091451 (tel: 1-800-829-4933) under section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Contributions are deductible under section 170 of the Code. This organization is also qualified to receive tax deductible bequests, devises, transfers or gifts under section 2055, 2106 or 2522 of the Code. Organizations exempt under section 501 (c) (3) of the Code are further classified as either public charities or private foundations.

1. Donations:

Donations made through our website are processed by Givebutter. Users agree to Givebutter's Terms of Service regarding donation processing. We ensure the secure and proper handling of donor funds in accordance with our mission.
